We proudly ship our products within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- **Standard Shipping:**
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: R50 (Free on orders over R500)
- **Express Shipping:**
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: R100
**Same-Day Shipping:**
For orders placed before 11:00 AM local time, we offer same-day shipping at a flat rate of R150. This service is available only in select metropolitan areas.
**Order Tracking:**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.
**Shipping Delays:**
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues. We will keep you informed if any delays arise.
